Absolutely yes! Our alcohol infused desserts are not available to individuals under 21. Please be prepared to show your Government Issued ID at time of delivery or pick-up to verify your date of birth.
Orders must be placed online, e-mail or via phone at least 2 days prior to requested pick-up or delivery date. Therefore, please order a minimum of 48 hours in advance. For a large order we need a minimum of one week. Orders placed after 7 pm will not be processed until the next business day in which time the 2 Day Minimum will begin.
We would love to help and will try everything within our means too. We do not have stock on hand and every order is made custom as it comes in. With that said, we charge a little extra to fit you into the “cupcake rotation.” Any order that requires 48 hours or less will be charged a convenience fee of an additional 25% of the total of the order before taxes.
Unfortunately, we are not shipping cupcakes a this time. However, we will gladly meet or deliver locally to you. Shipping cupcakes will begin the spring of 2022.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns as our products are all perishable food items.
Once your order has been processed, it cannot be cancelled. There are NO EXCEPTIONS.
